How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account and go to your Dashboard. You'll find the cancel option there. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

My subscription isn't activating after payment

If your plan didn't activate automatically, email us at support@miamiglobalinvestments.com with your payment confirmation and we'll activate it manually within a few hours.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you're unsatisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll work something out.

I forgot my password

Since DealEdge AI uses local storage for accounts, clearing your browser data or using a different device will require creating a new account. Contact support if you need help.

Is my deal data private?

Yes. Your deal data is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
